Customer centric.
THE IDEA
We were delighted when our friends at Black Line Retail invited us to design this prominent new site in Chermside.
Our strategy was to centre the design the store around the interaction between customers and staff. We placed this at the heart of the store. People can connect in a variety of different ways from a traditional POS counter to a casual circular bar.
Close co operation with Fuji enabled us to integrate LED panels around the store which can be used either for ambient imagery, branding or promotional messages. The storefront contributes to the mall space outside by having a counter space for mall visitors to take a break from shopping, charge their phones and relax.
Working with Black Line Retail’s knowledge of the Vodafone business and adapting a standard kit of parts enabled us to productively and cost-effectively develop a new concept for this key corner site.
