THE IDEA
This is the best retail environment you’ll never see- unless you’re a senior retail executive or homewares buyer, that is. Sheldon and Hammond are wholesalers, and their Asquith NSW showroom is by appointment only. It showcases 60 homewares brands over 1000 square metres.
The overall idea is that customers come here to not only to see a brand’s entire range but to be inspired by the visual presentation. We’ve created an environment with a simple but disciplined framework where individual brands can sit harmoniously side by side, and can easily be relocated or replaced.
It’s designed so that customers can literally spend all day, or several days, there. At the centre of it all there’s a full demonstration kitchen and meeting room. Even the toilets are spa quality.
When you step out from the lift, you’re not in Asquith any more- you’re in Sheldon & Hammond World. You’re welcome.
