Breaking the mould in retail hospitality.
A full commercial chocolatory, a coffee bar, a dessert train, a full range of Nestlé KitKat creations and self selection kiosks offering a potential 30,000 choices. All in a compact eighty seven square metres. How did we do it? The secret’s in the design strategy. Putting the chocolatory at the back meant we could open the storefront right up and create engagement right on the lease line, as well as providing a clear circulation pattern for customers.
