Convenience meets hospitality.
THE IDEA
Our brief was to create “brighter moments” for bp customers by re-defining the convenience shopping experience. An emphasis on food and particularly coffee provided the focus for the concept. The design is based on a thorough understanding of bp customer groups and their convenience shopping missions. This understanding generated the store layout and circulation.
At the same time we worked closely with the bp team in creating an operational environment that is efficient and safe for all users
