A new arrival in baby retailing.
Our goal was to make shopping less stressful for new parents. The store is the first in a major shopping centre, and the design is a balance between density of stock and the need to respond to a shopping centre shopper’s mindset. Our strategy was to create high density in some areas to carve out areas for customer service and experience in others. We paid particular attention to lighting in store, with an eye to both creativity and economy. With a mix of linear and track lighting, with a warm colour temperature, the merchandise and the customers both look their best.
