The design is based on a thorough understanding of bp customer groups and their convenience shopping missions. This understanding generated the store layout and circulation.
The choice of finishes and lighting is a conscious move away from traditional convenience vocabulary. The environment is warm, welcoming and built around customers’ needs.
At the same time we worked closely with the bp team in creating an operational environment that is efficient and safe for all users.
Our uniform design is the finishing touch. A new wardrobe of striped and checked tops, barista style aprons and handwritten name badges completes the transition to a hospitality environment.
