Inspiration. Connection. Conversion.
THE IDEA
We created a customer centric experience for Trend that operates on the principle of Inspiration, Connection, and Conversion. Trend puts its customers at the centre of its operations and we had to do the same with our design. Customers can wander from room to room of different products, with each one connecting to a central courtyard. The courtyard contains everything to assist the customer to make their final choice, from pull-out sample boards to an embedded flat screen table.
